Livestock & Dairy

Beef and dairy cattle raised free on pasture, with an in-house dairy for artisanal cheeses, yogurts and butters.

About this production

The farm already operates with 800 head of cattle (embryo dams) in paddocks with pasture rotation, with capacity for more than 1,500 head raised free — no feedlots and no need for silage.

The in-house dairy will produce milk, cheeses, yogurts and artisanal butters for internal consumption and external sale. Waste is processed in biodigesters, generating methane for energy and organic fertilizer.
