Fish raised in monitored tanks and giant freshwater prawns in a protected environment, with crystal-clear spring water (the water flowing from the natural pools feeds the rearing tanks) and biological control.
Net-pen tanks on Lake Furnas by the nautical club are a possibility. In-house feed of plant and animal origin.
