Rearing barns with climate-control and environmental-management technology ensure animal comfort and welfare. An in-house egg farm, feed produced 100% on the farm, and processing at the on-site abattoir (sausages, smoked hams and other products).
Raising Iberian “pata negra” pigs for Parma-style ham will be assessed. Waste goes to the biodigesters.
