An exclusive marina on Lake Furnas with the development’s own vessels and direct access to the neighboring Terramare community’s airport.
The Nautical Club, on the Lake Furnas peninsula, will have a marina for investors’ speedboats and yachts and a vessel of its own for partners’ use — including direct transfer from the paved airport of the neighboring Terramare community, a 3.5 km crossing over the lake. International investors can arrive by plane and cross by boat to the farm.
Community residents will have scheduled periods of club use, with meals, transport and boat and fishing outings on the lake.
