Investing partners have exclusive areas to build high-end residences to their own taste — at the top of the mountain (roughly 500 m above the lake) or on the shore of Lake Furnas. There are 8 lots in the first sector (average area of 33,140 m²) and 10 lots on the peninsula (average area of 3,708 m²), in addition to further premium areas.
The development offers partners design and construction services at costs far below those charged in Europe. The right of exclusive use is formalized in the Shareholders’ Agreement.
