About this pillar

The Catholic Community will be built at the central summit of the farm, between two great water springs with converging streams — the highest and safest area of the property. It comprises 199 lots (average area of 586 m²) with homes built using Banker technology, alongside a chapel, market, restaurant, sports courts and natural running-water pools.

The criteria for selecting families will be defined in the bylaws. Community families take part as collaborators in the development, with a monthly income and no need to invest.
