The Third Sector reaches out over the emerald-blue waters of Lake Furnas. It concentrates the high-end lakeside buildings — including 10 lots averaging 3,708 m² (37,081 m²) and other exclusive areas —, the Nautical Club with a complete marina (12,237 m²), the dairy facility (37,520 m²) and the pig and poultry rearing barns (37,520 m²), plus a complementary cattle-raising area. It is the arrival point for investors via Terramare airport and the 3.5 km crossing over the lake.
