Phase — Masterplan
The Second Sector brings together the great productive and natural areas: mechanized cultivation (1,058,978 m²), manual cultivation including hillsides (305,218 m²), a grain facility (42,718 m²), a eucalyptus reserve (1,204,567 m²) — a source of timber, firewood and charcoal —, cattle raising (2,151,401 m²), the Chapadão Waterfall with a bar and restaurant (5,028 m²) and the area set aside for the private support airport, with a structured hangar and a paved 1,600 x 30-meter runway for executive and logistics operations.
