Dozens of grape varieties will be planted for table use and winemaking. Vines will be grown among the community’s homes for residents’ consumption; industrial vineyards will supply the in-house winery, with a modern climate-controlled cellar, to produce wines and sparkling wines for internal consumption and external sale.
