High-quality olive trees will be planted with specialist consulting. The mountainous region of Minas Gerais has already received international awards for the quality of its oil (Serra da Mantiqueira), and the location has ideal altitude and temperature for production.
An in-house unit will produce extra-virgin olive oil and table olives, for internal consumption and external sale.
