Large-scale production of corn, beans, wheat and soybeans for human food and for making oil and animal feed, alongside a wide variety of tropical and exotic fruit, herbs, seasonings and medicinal plants.
The grain facility features dryers (fueled by eucalyptus wood from the farm’s own reforestation), storage silos, milling for flour and an attached feed mill. A pesticide-free organic garden supplies the community. The surplus is sold, generating revenue for the development.
